In order to be a good steward to our Earth we make a point to reuse
boxes and packaging material for your order when appropriate.So, while you may come across a great
crossword or Sudoku puzzle in the newspaper wrapping, you may also from time to
time find your items packaged with an assortment of materials not necessarily
associated with being eco-friendly. Ultimately, given the option of
consuming resources to produce new packaging versus reusing something already
at our disposal, we thought it best to re-use as much packaging as possible
with our outgoing orders. When the occasion arises and we run out of
“old” material our new packaging is recycled from post consumer product and is
biodegradable.If your order is being given as
a gift and you would like something with a bit more panache, please let us know
and we will gladly package it in crisp tissue, the finest brown wrapping paper
and handsome string for a few dollars more.

If you
are like us, you appreciate that shopping online allows you to promptly place
an order and be on your way to the garden.And our hunch is you would prefer not wait forever to have that order at
your doorstep, either.So, if you are an
early riser and have your order placed with us before noon, we will endeavor to dispatch
it on the same day it is received.If
you spent the morning in the backyard and decided to shop later, good for
you!Please just note orders received
after noon will not ship the same day under most circumstances.If things get very hectic, which they do from
time to time, we please ask you to give us 5 to 7 business days to complete
your order and have it underway. Upon
completion, we will send an email to confirm your order is on its
way.

Farm to Market is a small, family run company. Our unique products are not mass
produced and shipped by the thousands but are individually handcrafted by human
beings.That said, we source modest
quantities of stock at once.As such,
please understand we may need to order your items in, especially if you need a
moderate quantity. We will always inform you of expected delivery dates before
you are charged and we will do our best to make it as prompt as possible!Many of our suppliers are in the U.K. and due to
shipping methods, items ordered in for you may in rare circumstances take up to
28 days.
In the event an item is
temporarily out of stock we will notify you by email of any delay and dispatch
the item as soon as we receive it.
