We do ask the item(s) be unused and in the original packaging to receive a refund/exchange.Please note items purchased from our Variety Drawer are not eligible for this courtesy so please do be sure you are content with them prior to checkout.

A returned or exchanged item is the customer's responsibility until received by us at From Farm to Market. We therefore kindly suggest you use an insured delivery method to return an item(s) to us as we cannot accept or be accountable for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.Refunds and exchanges will be completed within 30 days of the items being returned to us. (Please be aware return delivery costs are non-refundable.)

Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event a damaged item is received with your delivery, please contact us within 2 days of the receipt of your order via email at order@fromfarmtomarket.com or telephone 877.511.FARM(3276). We can then arrange for a refund or replacement (if in stock) after the damaged item has been returned.In this circumstance we will reimburse reasonable delivery costs of returning the damaged item to us.
